These past several days have been a pleasant holiday break for me. I have rested a great deal; however, like many people on Thanksgiving weekend, I worked my digestive system quite hard: big meals, desserts galore, late night snacks and more desserts.
It was great to spend time with family and relax, but now, my body is not feeling too great. So, this week, I am writing a series on the body in hopes of helping those of us who have abused our bodies recently to make peace with our bodies.
